The Bauchi State Technology Incubation Center (TIC), in partnership with the Learn by Building Foundation, marked the International Day of Women and Girls in Science under the theme “Women and Girls in Science Leadership, A New Era for Sustainability.”

This event celebrated the potential of every girl to bring innovation and create solutions within their community. A total of 70 girls from St. Paul’s Secondary School, Sa’adu Zungu Model Secondary School, and Giwo Science Academy participated in the event.

Faith Onarinde delivered a theme talk, emphasizing the power of STEM education, addressing the existing gap, and proposing potential solutions. The girls were greatly motivated to explore opportunities in STEM fields, aspiring to become solution-makers in their communities.
